Packetcraft™ Stack Support, Maintenance, and Licensing
Cloud2GND now offers comprehensive support, maintenance and licensing options for the complete suite of Packetcraft Bluetooth LE Protocol Stack assets.
Powering Advanced Wireless Platforms
Modern wireless systems rely on efficient, well-engineered protocol software to meet demanding performance, power, and interoperability requirements. Cloud2GND develops and maintains the critical software assets that enable semiconductor platforms, SoCs, and wireless modules to perform reliably in production environments. Our focus is on building lightweight, robust components that align tightly with protocol specifications and hardware constraints.
Packetcraft is one of the core stacks we support and maintain. Cloud2GND is licensed by Synaptics to work with all Packetcraft Bluetooth LE stack assets, which allows our teams to assist existing licensees, advance the stack with new features, and provide licensing options for new adopters. This gives Packetcraft protocol stack users a clear path forward for support, development, and long-term deployment.
Our engineers have spent more than a decade turning complex Bluetooth specifications into production-ready software. We bring deep experience across controller, link layer, host stacks, profiles, services, and complete connectivity solutions. This foundation enables us to support Packetcraft deployments with the same rigor and expertise we bring to semiconductor and wireless partners worldwide.
Packetcraft™ is a trademark of Synaptics Incorporated, used under license.

Leveraging a Decade of Stack and Bluetooth Experience
Cloud2GND offers unmatched support and services of the Packetcraft stack thanks to extensive team experience. Our engineers have worked on and with the stack for more than ten years, from its origins at WiCentric through the ARM acquisition and into the Packetcraft and Synaptics era. Team members have written key parts of the stack, including the Mesh Profile, and our staff includes multiple former Packetcraft contributors.
This experience spans every layer of the stack, including baseband, controller, host, profiles, and applications. We have ported Packetcraft to new chipsets, added controller features, implemented profiles, and integrated the stack into demanding solutions such as dual mode LE Audio that combine LE and Classic capabilities. Our application experience includes LE Audio for both proprietary and standard use cases, projects using PAwR and the Electronic Shelf Label Profile, and work on advanced features such as Channel Sounding and DBAF.
Cloud2GND also brings the scale needed for complex programs. Multiple teams within the company have direct Packetcraft Bluetooth LE experience and can support large parallel projects, from core stack development through to innovative end products that rely on the stack’s customization options. All of this is backed by our specification and test experts, who not only write software but also contribute to the Bluetooth specifications and test specifications that underpin the ecosystem.
Investing in Ongoing Stack Innovation
Cloud2GND is committed to the ongoing development and evolution of the Packetcraft stack. We are actively working on projects across LE Audio, PAwR, ESL, BLE Mesh, and other areas, and improvements and fixes from these efforts are regularly incorporated back into the stack. This ensures that customers benefit from a codebase that continues to track new features and real-world requirements.
We also believe the best way to communicate what the Packetcraft stack can do is through working demos and solutions. Cloud2GND is incorporating the stack into our solution offerings and will have real examples to showcase capabilities, helping customers see what is possible before committing engineering resources.
Finally, the roadmap for Packetcraft is driven by customer needs. We invite current and prospective users of the stack to share their priorities so we can align future enhancements, demos, and support offerings with real product plans. Teams interested in shaping that roadmap or discussing upcoming projects are encouraged to reach out and start the conversation.
